No reason to complain, this was a fairly nice stay for a quick business trip. The breakfast was incredible, had variety of options and the food was fresh. The hotel rooms were fantastic and newly renovated with seventh level and a balcony and stopped. The pool was nice and I had cool drinks in the sports bar. Greatly enjoyed the check-in, it was convenient. Location: the venue was not far from the business district and several restaurants.

Stayed here for 1 night and did not want to leave. the hotel was reasonably clean. - the location quite away from the city center was marvelous. - the staff was very, very nice. - We could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. - the vibe here was quiet.

Very good and efficient staff. But dont get them to pay for taxi to airport. The taxidriver will claim he has never been paid and confrontation at airport ensues.

Good sized unit on the seventh level, we thoroughly enjoyed it. the location was good and absolutely perfect, really close to the airport, local restaurants in Amman, and the center of Amman. - Being right next to Whispers was nice, we had dinner there.

The location is very convenient, i.e. quiet though in the city center and near to the vital – active city spots. , friendly staff keen to assist, is very noticeable and makes you feel welcomed. I liked it
I am a regular swimmer and I couldn’t use the Pool because it was closed for maintenance during my entire stay (3 nights) without prior notice ! If I knew it before I would never checked in the hotel without operational pool !
